in 2012, a local print shop manager started creating his own designs for shirts to wear to the gym with the supplies left over. The compliments came from the grocery store, the park, the gym, anywhere he went, people were making positive comments about his shirt designs and how different they were. Also a music producer, his style of music was just as polarizing. This young man is Randolph Pompey from Jacksonville, Florida. Soon, his close and tight circle associates and best friends joined in the designing and manufacturing of Private Circle, selling shirts and sweatshirts out of a condo on Jacksonville's southside and westside, and delivering apparel all over the city and to surrounding areas before online web-store tools. Rubin Napoleon a designer and music executive from Jacksonville was the one who coined the term, Private Circle: Who's in Your Circle, and along with long time friend and family member, Christopher Harris, the trio began creating and curating Private Circle Brand.
